Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy

1. Prohibited Items

RepackShip does not accept the following goods under any circumstance:

• Any item illegal under the laws of the People’s Republic of China or the destination country.
• Counterfeit, replica, or infringing goods (brand copies, fake trademarks, or pirated products).
• Smart garments containing batteries, magnets, or liquids.
• Food, beverages, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.
• Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, or items requiring dangerous-goods handling.

2. Restricted Items (Accepted With Conditions)

• Battery-containing items: accepted only with a valid MSDS and separate protective packaging. We assess each case before acceptance.
• High-value items: accepted only with a declared value and insurance arranged by the customer. Compensation follows the Claims and Compensation Policy caps unless insured.

3. Right to Refuse

We may refuse, quarantine, or return any goods we suspect are prohibited, misdeclared, or unsafe, at the customer’s cost. The customer indemnifies RepackShip against consequences of shipping prohibited or restricted goods without disclosure.

4. Customs and Compliance

Customers remain responsible for accurate declarations and for meeting import or export rules in each destination. RepackShip provides handling only and is not a customs broker unless separately agreed.
