• Inventory counts maintained to our stated accuracy standard (see Warehouse SLA).
• Clear communication on the status of your goods while in our custody.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepackShip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited as set out in our Claims and Compensation Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Indemnification

You confirm that goods entrusted to us comply with all laws and are not among the Prohibited and Restricted Items. You agree to indemnify RepackShip against any loss, fine, or claim arising from prohibited, inaccurate, or misdeclared goods.
