Warehouse SLA and Handling Rules

1. Service Hours

Warehouse operations run Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+8). Requests received outside these hours are processed on the next business day.

2. Inbound SLA

• Goods received, quality-checked, and put away within 48 hours of arrival at the warehouse.
• QC reports and counts provided after intake.

3. Outbound SLA

• Pick, pack, and handover to the chosen carrier completed within 24 hours of a valid instruction on a business day.
• Cut-off times for same-day handling are confirmed per account.

4. Inventory Accuracy

We maintain a cycle-count program targeting 99.5% inventory accuracy. Discrepancies found are investigated and reported promptly.

5. Storage and Billing

• Free storage: 30 days from inbound for each batch.
• After free period: storage is billed at standard rates based on volume occupied.
• Abandoned goods: goods with no instruction for 90 days are deemed abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled at the customer’s cost.

6. Handling Rules

• Every unit is labeled, tagged, or barcoded per the customer’s specification.
• Repackaging and reboxing follow the customer’s approved SOP.
• Dust-free zones are used for final packaging and value-added services.

7. Customer Obligations

Provide accurate SKU, quantity, and handling instructions. Goods must comply with the Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy. RepackShip is not liable for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect customer data.
